State-of-the-art training methods
As a EGYM+ user, you can use two additional training methods on the EGYM machines besides the regular and negative methods: isokinetic and adaptive training!
Isokinetic Training
The weight varies with your movement - after all you do not have the same strength at every angle.

Adaptive Training
The weight is constantly adjusted to your remaining muscle strength - this way you will even make the last repetition.

Individual machine settings
Various fitness goals require a distinct kinds of training - a marathon runner works out differently than a weightlifter. This is why EGYM Premium adapts the machine settings automatically according to your goal.
The training weight is not always the same: for example, to gain muscle you need to work out with a high training weight, whereas a low weight is sufficient for weight loss.
The number of repetitions influences the training effect: many repetitions with less weight define the muscle, whereas few repetitions with more weight enlarge it.
The training duration is varied: for example for bodystyling long, less intensive sessions alternate with short, intensive ones - this tones the figure.
The training curve determines the pace of the movement. A fast, explosive movement facilitates springiness and is therefore for instance well suited for athletic training.
